TSKS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,451 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSKS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECAP2, RCN3, and THEMIS2_T593. Each is linked with TSKS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSKS-to-partner and partner-to-TSKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSKS versus NECAP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
