Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, PDSS1P2, and WDR7-OT1. Each is linked with TSKS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSKS-to-partner and partner-to-TSKS results are reported.
