TSIX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSIX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSIX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREX1, ASNS, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with TSIX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSIX-to-partner and partner-to-TSIX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREX1 grouped by TSIX-low versus TSIX-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSIX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSIX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
