TSHZ3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,858 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, ZYX, and POSTN. Each is linked with TSHZ3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ3-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHZ3 versus CNN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
