Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSHZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, PMP22, and LAMA4. Each is linked with TSHZ3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ3-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHZ3 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
