TSHZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and cIAP. Each is linked with TSHZ3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ3-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TSHZ3-low versus TSHZ3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
