TSHZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSHZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,192 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO7A, RIMBP2, and PDZD2. Each is linked with TSHZ3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ3-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO7A grouped by TSHZ3-low versus TSHZ3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
