Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSHZ2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSHZ2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher TSHZ2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSHZ2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BLCA show a favorable association.

THYM, STAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where TSHZ2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
