TSHZ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,883 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSHZ2_S332, LTBP3, and TSHZ2_T639. Each is linked with TSHZ2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ2-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHZ2 versus TSHZ2_S332 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
