Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSHZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TSHZ2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ2-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ2 results are reported.
