TSHZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSHZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC2B, COX4I2, and MTRNR2L6. Each is linked with TSHZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ2-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC2B grouped by TSHZ2-low versus TSHZ2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
