Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSHR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSHR data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TSHR Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSHR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where TSHR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
