Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,350 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSHR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SEPTIN1, and CD38. Each is linked with TSHR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHR-to-partner and partner-to-TSHR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHR versus RCSD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
