Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, BST1, and ST3GAL5. Each is linked with TSHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHR-to-partner and partner-to-TSHR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHR versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
