Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 926 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42, SMIM28, and REG1B. Each is linked with TSHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHR-to-partner and partner-to-TSHR results are reported.
