TSGA13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSGA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 663 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSGA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-7P, TANGO2, and ETF1P3. Each is linked with TSGA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSGA13-to-partner and partner-to-TSGA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSGA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSGA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
