TSG101

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSG101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSG101-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, MZB1, and C3_S672. Each is linked with TSG101 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSG101-to-partner and partner-to-TSG101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSG101 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSG101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSG101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
