TSG101

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSG101 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,691 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSG101-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPB1, SH2D4A, and FBXO3. Each is linked with TSG101 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSG101-to-partner and partner-to-TSG101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSG101 versus COPB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSG101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSG101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
