TSG101

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSG101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSG101-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R1AP2, RNA5SP509, and TRAJ57. Each is linked with TSG101 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSG101-to-partner and partner-to-TSG101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R1AP2 grouped by TSG101-low versus TSG101-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSG101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSG101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
