Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSG101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,544 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSG101-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Exosomal secretion, DNA replication proofreading, and Type B pancreatic cell proliferation. Each is linked with TSG101 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSG101-to-partner and partner-to-TSG101 results are reported.
