TSEN54

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,634 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN54-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ3, CENPM, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with TSEN54 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN54-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSEN54 versus TSHZ3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
