TSEN54

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,836 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPN2, EMG1, and GSN. Each is linked with TSEN54 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN54-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSEN54 versus CAPN2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
