Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSEN54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN54-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, NLRP13, and SLC36A3. Each is linked with TSEN54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN54-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN54 results are reported.
