TSEN34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,619 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPBP1, PRMT1, and TRIM28. Each is linked with TSEN34 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN34-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSEN34 versus HSPBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
