The most reproducible TSEN34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP297, OR5BM1P, and SEC22B2P. Each is linked with TSEN34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN34-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN34 results are reported.
