Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, RNU6-695P, and RNU6-1292P. Each is linked with TSEN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN2 results are reported.
