Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSEN15 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSEN15 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TSEN15 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSEN15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TSEN15 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
