TSC22D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC22D1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC22D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and NF2. Each is linked with TSC22D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by TSC22D1-low versus TSC22D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC22D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC22D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
