The most reproducible TSC22D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of stem cell proliferation, Regulation of miRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with TSC22D1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D1 results are reported.
