Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC22D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSC22D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, TAAR8, and ASB17. Each is linked with TSC22D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D1 results are reported.
