TSC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC1-AS1, ENO2, and KLF5. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSC2 versus ARRDC1-AS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
