TSC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,621 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSC1, DENND1A, and TSC2_S939. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSC2 versus TSC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
