TSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, PBK, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by TSC2-low versus TSC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
