Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,943 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by TSC2-low versus TSC2-high in BONE.
