TSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, FEM1A, and E2F2. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by TSC2-low versus TSC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
