TSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 773 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, TAS2R7, and OR1L6. Each is linked with TSC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by TSC1-low versus TSC1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
