TSACC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSACC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,870 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSACC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, WTAP, and TOP2A. Each is linked with TSACC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSACC-to-partner and partner-to-TSACC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSACC versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSACC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSACC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
