Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRUB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-567P, THAP12P9, and CTAG1B. Each is linked with TRUB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-567P grouped by TRUB2-low versus TRUB2-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
