TRRAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRRAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,643 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB12, CLK2, and ACTR3B. Each is linked with TRRAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TRRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
