TRPV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 499 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM110D, TMEM213, and ZBED3. Each is linked with TRPV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM110D grouped by TRPV3-low versus TRPV3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
