Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRPT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRPT1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TRPT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRPT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD are the cancer types where TRPT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
