TRPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,232 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRPS1_S1066, TRPS1_S216, and TRPS1_S892. Each is linked with TRPS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPS1 versus TRPS1_S1066 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
