Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATE1, ENY2, and COX6C. Each is linked with TRPS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPS1 results are reported.
