TRPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP25, GPI, and CDC20. Each is linked with TRPS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPP25 grouped by TRPS1-low versus TRPS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
