Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Bad_pS112, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with TRPS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by TRPS1-low versus TRPS1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
