TRPM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are F9, UTF1, and MBD3L3. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F9 grouped by TRPM7-low versus TRPM7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
