Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,099 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, Protein methylation, and Obsolete regulation of histone modification. Each is linked with TRPM5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM5 results are reported.
