TRPM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with TRPM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TRPM5-low versus TRPM5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
