TRPC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBXN6, LARP4_S722, and APBA1_S263. Each is linked with TRPC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC5 versus UBXN6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
