Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2, P-Cadherin, and eEF2. Each is linked with TRPC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2 grouped by TRPC5-low versus TRPC5-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
